Care Instructions
These artworks are fragile, and should not be squashed, dented, dropped, left outside, or in a damp, mouldy environment. They should not be placed near or over a heater.
Please note there are natural indentations in the drum head base, from years of being used as a musical instrument. If you try to pop or push these dents, you may damage the artwork.
There will be no refunds available for work damaged by a customer's mishandling.
To clean - wipe with a clean cloth lightly dampened with water.
To display - hang from the wire affixed to the underside. This is more stable than hanging from the artwork rim.
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind within 48 hours of purchase, or before the work has been posted, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once an artwork has been dispatched, there are no cancellations or refunds.
Should an artwork be damaged when in transit, please repackage and send back to the artist, who will touch up the piece and courier the work to you at no personal cost to you.
Postage and Handling
All clients agree to pay for postage and handling in addition to the artwork price, which is calculated at checkout.
We aim to get your parcel to Australian addresses within 21 working days from purchase. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.
